Friday SPECIAL NEEDS 3:30pm 6YEARS TO 12 YEARS OLD

Each Open Gym session is an opportunity for children to have fun while engaging in a variety of activities including sports, fitness, LEGO play, movement, and mindfulness. Students stretch, strengthen, balance, dance, meditate, and play in a supportive and energetic environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and social interaction. Through guided activities and free exploration, children develop gross motor skills, coordination, focus, and emotional awareness. Each child is encouraged to create and participate at their own level, with gentle guidance and positive support, allowing them to express themselves freely while building independence and teamwork. Our Open Gym promotes physical well-being, creativity, and mindful connection with others—all while having fun.
